How does the process work?
WE PLAN STRATEGICALLY
Minnesota Snow Management is here to deal with all thing winter. We don't just come move the snow, we spend a lot of time to determine you needs and manage all things snow and ice. Before it even get cold enough to snow we will sit down and figure out your needs for your property. What needs to be done during business hours, and after. Where can snow pile up permanently and temporarily. What needs to be shoveled and cleared for fire lanes and safely.
LEVELS OF SERVICE
At Minnesota Snow Management we determine what snow "triggers" you want in place. Allowing snow to build up between plows causes vehicle accidents, workman's comp and slip and fall claims. To prevent this, most accounts prefer to never see more then .5" of snow on sidewalks with constant salting and 1" on asphalt. With pre-salt and post event salting this will let you operate without the snow effecting the safely of employees, tenants or customers.
WE COME PREPARED
Minnesota Snow Managment is equipped with large wheel loaders and skid steer blowers to move snow if needed. We don't over book the equipment so even if we have a breakdown your service wont be effected. Don't have anywhere else to put it? We can get it moved off the property in a jiffy.
WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED
Now that we know your exact needs we can create a map that we use as a guide for the season. Minnesota Snow Managements well trained equipment operators will use when it snows to know what you expect. This will leave all needed areas clear of snow and ice not missing important fire exits or area not visible to most. Don't worry, we can update the coverage map as the season goes if it needs to be changed.
LETS GET IT DONE
This is the fun part. Once a snow or ice event hits we are on call and have account managers who drive the accounts to watch for ice/snow buildup and will dispatch crews as soon as it reaches the triggers we put in place. When we get to a site part of the advanced snow management software we use gets before and after picture along with GPS times the equipment was on site. This will further protect you in case of a slip and fall claim. The snow will be cleared "curb to curb" and put in designated locations.
WE MAKE IT LOOK GOOD
This is when we salt to get rid of snow and ice left over on surfaces. We will come back out to review of there is areas that need touch up or piles moved. Often cars will be parked in lots or snow will drift with wind leaving areas with snow to be cleaned up later in the day. Leaving you with a perfect "curb to curb" and ice free facility.
WE MAKE BILLING EASY
Now that your lot is clean and clear the account rep will make sure it is 100% perfect and we will get you an invoice of service within a few business days. Expect us to ask on a regular basis how we did, or what we can do different or better. Customer service is are #1 goal. We are determined to be the BEST at what we do. You always get what you pay for.
